“I and law”

On February 26, a lecture on “Me and the Law,” the purpose of which is to prevent offences and crimes, was held by the Inspector of Police, Senior Lieutenant Baitemira Altyn Esengeldiyeva, with the students of the College.
Often, by committing certain actions, children do not realize the consequences of their actions. As practice shows, not everyone knows where the line between morality and law is when misconduct turns into an offence. Altyn Esengeldievna tried to help understand this and prevent possible incidents.
In the first part of the lecture, they spoke about the sexual integrity of minors.
Crimes against the sexual integrity of minors are among the most serious crimes for which the law provides for a rather strict liability comparable, for example, to that for intentional murder. The Inspector read out article 122 of the Criminal Code on liability for acts of a sexual nature involving a person under the age of 16.
The inspector also called on children to cooperate and report known facts of violation of the sexual integrity of minors.
The first part of the lecture continued with new synthetic drugs. The inspector informed students about the introduction in Kazakhstan of a ban on the import, use, sale and distribution of non-smoking tobacco and tobacco-free products called snyuses.
The second part of the lecture covered:
– The responsibility of minors to stay in a non-home at night;
– Responsibility for drinking alcoholic beverages;
– Responsibility for foul play;
– What applies to petty hooliganism and what liability is provided for it.
Students and teachers asked questions to which they received detailed explanations.
